O Mother Tongue

O mother tongue, you’re an open gate to my dreams

Through you journey all thoughts and image streams!

My fortune to be born crying and singing in your arms,

Though I stumbled over blocks in voiced charms.

Loving and caring you’re to innumerous tramps!

Sweet is your tone, powerfully you pronounce

Uniting is your force, answer to all my pry

You are my songs ,a vent to unheard cry

Whether I laugh aloud or muse alike a spy

Deep in hearts, sowed you are in homeland farms

Your echo though soft, comforts baby in prams!

You swing alike friends, arms akimbo so dear

Even a syllable small brings distances near.

Your sounds sweet, rocks Rainbows on high

A lullaby for sleep a cause perhaps greater

You differ not ever, impartial You are with rich or poor!

You are truth You are community’s voice eternal

Originaing from from depths of land maternal

You are the prowess, germinating seed of all relations

You define fests, voice innumerable celebrations!

You’re charm of soft whisper, pitch of loud yell,

An abounding magic in crowds to swell

Most loving companion ,a heartening murmur!

o sweet music you rise as I sing on your spur!

Flow smooth on sea waves of world’s culture,

You awaken sleeping souls with ever increasing fervour!

A call from sister, loving fondness of a brother!

A mother’s fondly touch, a strong protection cover!

Fear not what may come, hold high your entity

Diamonds adorn your crown you are a celebrity!
