On apex of those stems in plants of pots!
Enclosed soon, you became in spiky silk sepals,
Then those little moons peeped as fair petals!
A magic! as His strokes blessed you appear,
Beyond were reasons of His artistic action’s gear!
“How did you chose their color ,I wondered,
Each hued sequentially ,and equally favoured!
Your first appearance percieved as snowy pearl,
Stably studded,in breeze, they did swirl!
Now and then, every hour, impatiently I ran to see,
As your speckless frock layers, opened in glee!
Morning passed they gazed around wide sky,
Many quizzez echoed in mind, for reasons selfishly sly!
Sun strode west ward, scheduled was its stride,
Finding, doors of garden locked, O! helplessly I cried.
“Let gates open!” in strengthened voice I did shout.
“Time is up!” Suddenly gaurd’s hard words did spout!
“Pearls of my bleeding love were thus in prison entrapped!”
But here was no soul to hear with warmth wrapped !
,
“It is unsafe at night, go away “, again he said.
“O dear, till morning you will have to wait!”
Grim I was ,sad my heart for very long sobbed,
“Hear me,Sir! with them I will sleep, never to part!”
I sighed softly ,tearful my eyes by then, had closed.
Beside my loved ones,arm- enclosed,in dream, I reposed!
Hours passed, red rays of new dawn, then smiled,
Rushing through doors, to their abode, I fast plied.
My snowy queens magistically spread wings wide,
Swinging their frilled skirts, with magic fragrant might!
“O, my darlings, why did you bloom at night?”I sighed.
“To soothe all , is His assigned flight to us !”they smiled.
“Life is to give others,”with pride they swore.
Soon I saw them lying wordless, on Earth’s floor!
Silently they departed, adornments faded and wilted ,
For me to learn many lessons more, wise and far sighted!
